Cancellation Policy

Lotus & Cedar Massage Studio – Cancellation Policy This space is held with care and intention, and your appointment time is reserved just for you. To honor both your healing journey and the flow of the studio, I kindly ask for the following: Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows your time to be offered to someone else in need of care. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to respect the time of the next client. The full session fee will still apply. Card on File A card is required to reserve your appointment and may be charged according to this policy. Understanding & Emergencies I understand that unexpected situations arise. Grace will always be extended in the case of true emergencies.
